How warmth works
Warmth compares the symptoms two diseases have in the medical literature. A close guess shares many of the hidden disease's telling symptoms.
- Guess a disease. Any disease in the network counts, even one that could never be the answer.
- Read the warmth. It ranks your guess against every other disease, so 99 is the closest possible.
- Follow the shared symptoms. They point to the body system and the condition to try next.
- Find it in as few guesses as you can. Your score is your guess count, so lower is better.

- The closest 1% of diseases, warmth 70 to 99
- Warm
- The next 9%, warmth 40 to 69
- Cold
- Everything else, warmth 0 to 39
